Addition & Renovations
Project Overview
The project consisted of the expansion of the existing Township Center to provide additional resources and space to seniors in the area who actively seek a place to gather, improve their health, or socialize with other residents. The renovated facility is now home to several community services, predominantly utilized by local seniors. From fitness rooms to improved office suites, the renovation is enjoyed by both community members and Township administration.

Project Scope
The scope of the work included the addition of a new reception area, offices, multi-purpose room, break room, bathrooms, corridor locker/coat room, and a basement. This project also included new salt storage bins with a roof for the Highway department and civil renovations for the additions.

- 1,465 SF of main level building renovations
- Converting a 416 SF existing fitness room into a storage room
- A hallway extension of approximately 120 SF to access new storage room
