Project Scope
To enhance fire protection services across the Grayslake area, the Village of Grayslake constructed Fire Station No. 3. This new 10,522 SF facility is designed for efficiency, readiness, and comfort. This facility features three garage bays for equipment parking, storage, and staging. The main garage also includes balcony storage and fitness area to support operational needs and wellness. First-floor living quarters for on-site personnel, complete with locker rooms. Administrative and operational spaces include offices, a conference room, kitchen, and shared living areas. This station strengthens emergency response capabilities while providing a well-equipped and comfortable environment for fire personnel.
