Waukegan SD 60

Work included MEP and select utility upgrades, renovations to classrooms, restrooms and common space areas. Additional improvements included sitework, parking and playground areas. Working with a tight schedule, early order of effect long lead item fast tracking was implemented to ensure timely completion of the projects. The project included DBE and local Waukegan participation. Boller met or exceeded the project requirements. The Districtwide improvement program was an all-around success, allowing the district to complete much needed upgrades. This multiphase, multilocation project was completed on time and within budget.
