The North Shore School District 112 summer improvement program was phased over two summers. The program included improvements and renovations to nine schools.

Project Scope
The work included interior and exterior building upgrades and renovations along with site work. Working with a tight summer schedule, the Boller project team fast tracked long lead items and affectively managed the work to ensure the schools would be ready for the fall start. Our team developed and implemented strict safety and security plans for both phases of the work.
